We will happly replace any overly pieces damaged on delivery once pictures have been sent and damaged confirmed as post related.
This is real stone and will have blemishes upon the surface, we recommend treating with Olive Oil or Coconut oil to keep shine and protected surface. The engraving is deep and weathers most scrapes.
