This a personal plaque and we will do what ever we can to make sure that you get the design and memory you are looking for, for that reason a confirmation design will be sent via email before commision. 

Rough Slate is different each time and cannot be altered to match 

Designs shows are digital reditions, quality of picture changes on the slate. 

We will happly replace any slate damaged on delivery once pictures have been sent and damaged confirmed as post related.
